FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Price

  • Can the payment scheme be restructured?

The payment scheme should not be restructured and payments are made at specific milestones. They are typically structured in our contract in the following manner:

First 10% payment immediately upon signing of the renovation agreement

Second 40% payment upon work commencement on site

Third 35% payment upon work carpentry measurement taken on site

Fourth 10% payment to be made 3 Days before carpentry installation on site

Fifth 5% payment to be made after handover of the home

  • Why is the electrical cost separate from the original contract?

The electrical cost is separated from the contract because the cost of electrical works are more accurate after works begin. After the works begin, this is when the original carpentry are dismantled and when site is fully cleared for owners to also visualise where they need lighting.

  • Can I know a rough electrical cost for my home renovation?

Yes. We have a pricelist for per electrical point, you can request from the Juz Interior ID you engaged.

  • What is excluded from the contract?

Electrical works, air-conditioning, sanitary fittings, appliances, and curtains are not included in the contract unless otherwise specified.

  • After signing contract, can we still take out certain items, there will be adjustment for discount as such ?

Yes, you may remove certain items after signing the contract, provided the works have not yet commenced. Any adjustments will be reflected accordingly, and if initial discounts were applied to the contract sum, they will be pro-rated in the final balance.

  • What are the hidden cost in our renovation prices?

We do not impose hidden costs. However, unforeseen site conditions may result in additional charges. For example, in resale flats, water pipes concealed beneath tiles may only be discovered during hacking works and will require rectification.

  • Do you have package price?

We do not offer fixed package prices, as we strongly believe every home should be tailored to reflect our client’s lifestyle, needs, and vision. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we customise each design and renovation plan—whether it’s material selection, layout, or detailing—to ensure your home is uniquely yours. This way, you only invest in what truly adds value to your living space, rather than paying for features you may not need.
