222A Mount Vernon Road, Bartley Beacon
This Bartley Beacon 4 room BTO home embraces the “imperfectly perfect” — soft neutrals, warm light, and cozy corners designed for slow mornings and unhurried nights. Quiet luxury, wabi-sabi style: clean lines, wood grain materials, and a warm glow that makes the everyday feel intentional.
Living room feature wall
The built-in feature wall is designed like a “quiet backdrop”: full-height, handleless cabinetry in a muted greige tone, trimmed with warm wood bands to keep it from feeling flat. Rounded corners soften the mass and help the walkway flow. A recessed display niche with warm LED backlighting adds depth and becomes the “soft glow” moment at night—perfect for frames, plants, or a few keepsakes without cluttering the space.
Kitchen and island
The kitchen continues the same palette: upper cabinets in muted tones, lower cabinets in warm wood grain to balance warmth and cleanliness. Simple backsplash and under-cabinet lighting keep the countertop bright and “always tidy” looking. The island is the heart of the layout—used as a prep zone + casual dining/bar counter. Rounded edges make it safer and visually softer, while the black-framed kitchen glazing keeps cooking contained but still social, creating conversations across the island.
Common room
The black-framed sliding glass creates separation yet allowing ample light, such that the home still feels open and breathable. The lightly frosted/patterned film gives privacy for work or rest, while keeping the room visually connected to the living/dining area—very practical for WFH homes.
