241 Tengah Garden Bloom

Designed by: Terence and Zoel

Living Room

Neutral base, warm wood accents—and then the hero move: that recessed pale-pink “painting” wall niche that looks like art, even before you hang anything. A comfy sofa and simple coffee table layout keeps the walkway generous, so the whole space reads airy instead of cramped.

Bedroom

Soft blush walls and warm wood tones keep the room sweet-but-grown-up, like strawberry milk with a grown-up espresso shot. The space planning goes big on storage with a full-height “mega wardrobe” wall, while the bed stays visually light so the room still breathes.

Bathroom

Clean stone-grey tiles and crisp white sanitaryware make it feel calm and easy to maintain, with black-framed details giving it a little edge. Practical zoning keeps the wet area tidy, plus built-in ledges/niches mean your bottles don’t end up on the floor doing parkour.

Kitchen

Light cabinetry paired with wood finishes delivers that clean, bright “always tidy” look without feeling sterile. Smart galley-style planning keeps prep efficient (everything within reach), with enough counter space to actually cook—not just pose with a kettle.
