246A Ang Mo Kio, Kebun Baru Edge

Wrapped warm greys & creams grounded by black accents in this Kebun Baru Edge — 3-Bedroom HDB, lifted with soft Tiffany-green highlights for a calm, contemporary mood.

Living Room

A sculptural foyer immediately sets the tone with curved wall planes and an eye-catching Tiffany-green inset cabinet framed by fine vertical flutes and halo lighting. The living room carries the softness forward: a micro-cement TV feature with warm cove glow, a gentle radius ceiling line, and a window bench that doubles as hidden storage. Mint drapery filters daylight into a velvety wash, pairing beautifully with the cream recliner and pebble-grey carpet. Slender glass display towers with integrated LEDs bookend the space, keeping silhouettes light while giving cherished objects a gallery setting.

Kitchen & Bar

The kitchen is crisp and functional—sleek grey/white cabinetry, quartz worktops and a gleaming Tiffany-green subway-tile backsplash that adds a refreshing, almost spa-like clarity. Linear task lighting runs the length of the counter to eliminate shadows, while a compact peninsula provides a quick-serve breakfast perch and extra prep surface. Black hardware and appliances sharpen the edges so the mint tones read sophisticated rather than sweet.

Bedrooms

The master is a serene cocoon: taupe headboard wall with soft backlighting, contrasted by a sculpted partition accented with two vertical light slits.

The sleeping zone kept serenely minimal while a compact U-shaped walk-in wraps three sides of a dedicated dressing alcove. Entry from the bedroom leads you between two full-height runs of storage before arriving at a built-in vanity and mirror wall—so the circulation naturally feels “hugged” yet uncluttered.

The junior room interprets the palette playfully—powder-mint built-ins and a long study ledge, rounded corners, and colour-block pulls—creating a cheerful, tidy homework zone.

Detailing & Lighting

Throughout, curves tame corners, concealed storage keeps lines uninterrupted, and layered lighting (coves, skirting strips, shelf LEDs and precise task beams) shifts the apartment from bright family mode to evening unwind with a tap. The repeated hint of Tiffany green—at the foyer, curtains, display niches and the kitchen backsplash—ties every room together, giving this home its signature fresh, composed and unmistakably modern identity.
