302 Tengah Parc Point
Modern industrial Tengah home with a softer edge — raw textures with concrete and stone vibes with black carpentry, balanced by warm lighting so the home feels cosy and lived-in, not like a showroom.

Living room – TV feature wall (industrial statement)
Full-height cement / concrete-look panels form a clean, monolithic TV backdrop. The large-format cladding keeps joints minimal, so it reads like one solid slab (very “industrial loft”). The TV is wall-mounted with a slim, black open console below — light on the floor visually, and very industrial in its metal profile. Warm cove glow around the ceiling softens the raw concrete tone so the wall doesn’t feel cold.
Kitchen – dark, streamlined industrial
The kitchen leans modern-industrial with deep charcoal/black flat-panel cabinetry (clean lines, minimal handles). A stone-look backsplash (grey veining / concrete-stone vibe) runs the length of the counter, paired with warm under-cabinet LED to highlight texture and make prep lighting comfortable. Black-framed windows/yard glazing keeps the industrial language consistent — it frames the view like a factory-style window and adds that strong grid detail.
Open-concept island – the social “workbench”
The island is designed like a long “stoned” prep bench: generous top for chopping, and hosting, with a straight overhang for casual seating. Linear pendant light above the island reinforces the “work zone” feel (like a task light in a studio), while track lights add flexibility for aiming light exactly where needed. The palette stays cohesive: dark base, stone top, matte black leg stools, and warm LEDs — industrial, but never harsh.
