306B Tengah Dr, Parc Clover @ Tengah

A moody galley kitchen tucked in 306B Tengah Drive, wrapped in walnut-toned laminated, sand-grey tiles, and off-white quartz. The stone-look backsplash is softly veined, while warm under-cab LEDs graze the surfaces to reveal texture rather than gloss. A recessed utility niche and open oak shelf keep daily tools visible but composed. Track spots and a discrete ceiling laundry rack speak to utility; nothing is decorative without purpose—pure Wabi-Sabi pragmatism. Matte fronts with shadow-line pulls to keep reflections low.
The path widens at a radius-corner island topped in honed stone—edges softened to feel hand-finished. Three black cylinder pendants (copper-lined) drop a warm cone of light for coffee, chopping, or a late-night read. The island faces the open, so cooking and conversation remain connected.

Turning the corner, full-height timber cladding conceals doors and deep storage; joints align like shoji screens. A back-lit display slit breaks the monolith for one or two meaningful objects—void and object in balance. Subtle cove light at the ceiling line lifts the mass, so the volume feels placed, not heavy.

A shallow service niche with stone ledge at the entrance as a welcome artpiece. The wall finish is limewashed taupe, its clouding caught by a slim linear light—texture is the art. A simple stool and a single stem in a clay vessel keep scale humble.

The living zone keeps the palette low-contrast: earthy plasters, deep wood tones, and diffused cove lines. Joinery edges are eased; corners are rounded to remove visual tension. Furnishings sit low and comfortable; styling is restrained—one book, one branch, a small sculpture—allowing light, shadow, and grain to do most of the speaking.
