Bedroom, basically a masterclass in “soft life, but make it storage.”

This 5 room HDB designed with a warm sand-and-cream palette wraps the space, costs $55,000. While the full-height wardrobe runs clean and calm—no visual noise, just sleek panels with slim timber pulls. Then comes the hero move: a raised curved platform bed in warm wood that turns sleeping into a tiny penthouse moment.

Right beside it, the vanity is tucked into a timber-lined niche like a mini boutique corner—mirror front and centre, a neat drawer for the daily chaos, and even a spotlight glow that says “good lighting, good decisions.” The curved-edged side ledge and integrated cabinet keep everything gentle on the eyes (and shins), while the headboard wall’s soft banding and hidden cove light serves quiet ambience without trying too hard.

Living room, the design is calm and spacious—like an HDB that took a deep breath.

Large-format grey tiles keep it modern and fuss-free, while the long floating TV console stays slim, clean, and cable-friendly (tech lives here, but it behaves). The big sofa invites full-on lounging, the nested coffee tables keep the centre light and flexible, and the window bench quietly flexes as the best seat in the house—daylight, views, and a perfect “scroll + snack” corner. Bonus points for the playful alpaca stools: proof that minimal doesn’t have to be serious.

Bathrooms keep the same “hotel energy” but in two moods.

One goes darker and moodier with stone-look walls, a crisp oak vanity, and a huge mirror that visually doubles the room—because small bathrooms deserve big confidence. The shower zone is framed with clean glass and minimal hardware, so it reads sharp, airy, and easy to maintain… aka the holy trinity.

The other bathroom leans lighter and brighter: warm neutral tiles, a streamlined basin, and that tidy ledge/shelf moment for bottles and greenery—so it looks styled even on a normal Tuesday. Matte dark fittings add just enough edge, and the concealed lighting around the ceiling keeps everything looking polished (even when you’re running late).
