In this 5-room Yishun Grove Spring HDB living–dining zone, simple silhouettes do the heavy lifting: a slim marble-top dining table with mixed seating, low TV console, and creamy sofa keep sightlines open. Twin ceiling fans, track spots, and a continuous light reveal add rhythm without visual clutter. Storage is handled by a full-height cabinet wall in white with oak trims; a warm, back-lit niche breaks the plane for small decor and daily drop-offs.

The bedroom continues the quiet order with a plane of full-height wardrobes framed in timber, paired with a compact nightstand and soft bedding. Sliding doors and flush handles reduce visual noise, allowing the room’s proportions and daylight to breathe.
