610C Tampines GreenWeave

Warm, workable, and wonderfully uncluttered—a wabi sabi home where the kitchen hums, the living room lounges, and the sculpted wall quietly steals the scene. Designed by Jenn.

Kitchen — calm, clever, coffee-ready

Warm walnut meets cloud-beige cabinetry for a soothing café-at-home vibe. The peninsula doubles as both breakfast bar and dining table, saving floor space while anchoring the open plan. Under-cabinet lighting turns meal prep into a little theatre, and the easy-clean backsplash plus continuous task lighting keep the counter shadow-free. A tall unit corrals the oven, water purifier, and an air-fryer on a pull-out shelf, while full-height storage and soft-close drawers—sized for pots, trays, and pantry bins—keep clutter off show and everything within reach.

Living Room — hotel-lounge energy, HDB footprint

A calm, airy canvas frames mid-tone woods and soft curves, with a TV console that behaves like a handsome sideboard rather than a tech altar. Track and pendant lighting layer the mood from Netflix to nightcap, and a generous, obstacle-free walkway sweeps from entry to sofa to dining, making the space breezy and pet-/kid-friendly. The long, low console hides cables and routers so devices can breathe while mess doesn’t, and the neutral palette future-proofs styling—you can swap cushions and art to change the story any time.

A gentle S-curve sculpted wall wraps into timber shelving, turning a plain wall into gallery real estate. Curved skirting and softened edges visually widen the room and feel calming to the touch, while floating shelves host books, diffusers, and travel finds without the bulk of cabinetry. An inset niche at the entry works as a lighted keys-and-mask drop, and when evening falls, concealed lighting washes the curves so the wall becomes a glowing ribbon.

Bedroom – hush tones, smart storage

A latte-tinted cocoon wraps the room in peace, while a tailored L-shaped wardrobe tucks into the corner like it was born there. Slim vertical pulls keep the fronts elegant and finger-print free; overhead cabinets swallow luggage, bedding and “someday” boxes. A tufted headboard and timber blinds warm the palette—black-out when you need deep sleep, tilted slats when you want hotel-like light lines across the sheets.

Bathrooms

Large matte tiles and a floating cast-stone vanity create clean planes; no legs = easier mopping. A black-framed shower screen and rainfall set bring boutique-hotel vibes, while the medicine cabinet hides the clutter and displays a little greenery (because even serums deserve a view). Cove lighting softens mornings and flatters evenings.

Common Bath

Same calm tiles, but with a wood-tone floating vanity for warmth and extra shelf below for towels. The slim divider keeps splash zones honest, and the matching black mixer/shower brings continuity from the master. Everything lands within an arm’s reach—practical for school runs and post-work quick resets.

Why it works for homeowners

  • Neutral, light-bouncing finishes = brighter rooms and timeless resale.

  • Corner wardrobe & overheads = maximum storage without crowding the bed wall.

  • Floating vanities & large tiles = fewer grout lines, easier cleaning.

  • Unified hardware & lighting language = a home that feels designed, not assembled.

Soft on the eye, hard-working in the details—exactly how a restful bedroom and two urban baths should live.
