A calm, taupe-toned sanctuary, this 4 bedroom Boon Keng HDB home leans into soft curves, layered neutrals, and glow-from-within lighting. Daylight is diffused through sheers and rounded details—from the pill-shaped peninsula to the arched TV feature—tie every zone together. It’s serene, cohesive, and designed for effortless everyday living.

Living room

Airy and serene, the living room layers warm taupe walls with gauzy sheers and full-height drapes so daylight feels soft rather than bright. A creamy, deep-seat sectional anchors the space facing a clean, wall-mounted console; the TV wall is framed by a gentle radius and fluted detailing with hidden cove lighting for a glow at dusk. The palette is intentionally tonal—ivories, sand and latte— can do the talking.

Kitchen

The kitchen continues the calm, with matte taupe cabinetry and marble-veined counters/backsplash that echo the living room’s lightness. Shelving is kept minimal and integrated, letting the crystal linear pendant become the jewel of the space. Warm under-cabinet lighting and rounded end panels soften the otherwise sleek lines.

Kitchen peninsula

The peninsula is the social hub: a pill-shaped, waterfall counter with rounded corners that invite lingering. On the dining side it partners a slim, glass-topped table; on the bar side, tucked stools slide beneath for everyday meals. Its sculpted form and continuous surface visually separate kitchen from lounge without blocking light or flow.

Walk-in wardrobe

A boutique vibe—full-height, smoked-glass doors reveal illuminated display bays for bags and shoes, while hanging sections are evenly lit for color-true dressing. The pale wood floor and champagne lighting keep it elegant, not showy. Everything sits flush and frameless, so the room reads as a calm gallery of wardrobe pieces.

Bedroom

In the bedroom, softness rules: a rounded, upholstered headboard sits against a light oak panel with concealed cove lighting, creating a hotel-like halo. The same taupe and cream tones continue through bedding and curtains, with a simple globe sconce for bedtime reading. Overall, it’s a cocoon—gentle curves, warm light, and a quietly luxurious neutral palette.
